Here at Cleanah, we've finally brought the tedious chore of laundry into the 21st Century! Just enter your info, choose a pick up time, and note any specific requests. Throw all that dirty laundry into a bag, leave it on your doorstep, and forget about it! With just a few clicks you can turn your laundry problem into our laundry problem and mark it off your to do list! 

Your freshly washed and folded laundry will be delivered within 24-48 hours after pickup! While other companies like to charge extra for such expedited service, we offer this service at no additional charge. 

We provide laundry delivery service in most major cities across the country! Just fill in your zip code at check out and we'll let you know if we service your area. If not, don't worry! We'll be there soon so keep checking in.

We do not check every piece of clothing individually, but we are diligent in following any specific instructions you leave in the notes section at checkout. If you have preferences for how you'd like your clothing taken care of, please let us know in the notes section during checkout.

Here at Cleanah, we use nothing but laundry professionals and quality products.  We use Tide regular detergent and Downy fabric softener on every order, but offer an unscented option (Tide Free & Clear) as well.  Everything is dried on regular heat. If you want to specify instructions, just let us know in the order preferences when you’re placing the order. We strive to accomodate any specifics  at no extra charge, with very few exceptions. Once completed, clothes are neatly folded, placed in plastic wrapped bags, put into your Cleanah laundry bag, and delivered to your door.

After your clothes are picked up by a member of our concierge team, they are taken to one of our processing facilities. Laundry is weighed and inspected. After this, clothes are sent off to one of our trusted laundry professionals to complete.

We work with expert high-quality third-party cleaning vendors to ensure your clothing is cleaned with the utmost care. These vendors are thoroughly vetted and tested before they are allowed to process your items. We continuously monitor the quality of these vendors and help improve their operations - keeping in mind the most important aspect: Delighting Customers.

Laundry piles are very unpredictable. Cleanah understands that your laundry needs fluctuate, and as such we have a no minimum order policy. Approximate fees are described at selection, with final fee assessed after your bags have been weighed. 

We charge your card on file if you have a subscription when it is time to pickup your order. For one time orders, we accept all major credit cards.

 You will prepay for laundry service based on approximate loads, with examples provided under each selection. Once your bags are processed and weighed, any applicable charges for additional weight are billed at $1.49/lbs. Don't worry about any large unexpected charges though! 90% of the bags we collect fall within the flat pricing you pay at check out, while a small % average 2-4 lbs of additional weight. If you have a subscription and are using our Cleanah bags you will never be billed for added weight. So don't be shy, stuff those bags to the top and we'll take it from there!

Most people don't think of their laundry in terms of bags or lbs. This is how other companies take advantage with their confusing prices that end up costing you so much to get so little. At Cleanah, we work to get you maximum value at the lowest price! Bags vary in size and capacity, but a typical 30 gallon trash bag will hold 1 full load of laundry in the average household washer. While we encourage you to use these on your first pickup, we recommend utilizing our custom 60 gallon elastic Cleanah bags for future orders. They have a capacity of 3+ loads and guarantee no added weight charges. And as always, we encourage you to stuff those bags to the brim! 

Pick up and drop off times are from 8:00 am-2:00 pm Monday through Friday (weekend pickup offered in select cities)! Your pick up and delivery times will fall between those hours, depending on order dispatch. Don't worry if you won't be home at those times, as we pick up and drop off right at your doorstep!

Don't worry, we got you covered! The whole point of our service is to accommodate YOUR schedule, not the other way around. Drivers will send a notice with their estimated time of arrival via text message (if mobile phone was provided at checkout), and drop off/pick ups can be made at your door. You don't have to be present for either, but make sure pick ups are placed at doorstep within the allotted pick up windows.
